    Delivery estimates are generated by USPS or FedEx not us. I would allow between 7-10 business days. Please note that we have a 5-7 business day turn around time. We are not responsible for any orders that get lost or damaged. If the items get delivered but you are claiming it is not, we will NOT replace items and will NOT refund if these things happen. If the item is damaged during shipping you can file a claim with the post office or FedEx. Each package has insurance on it. We do everything on our end to ensure a safe shipment. ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO USPS or FedEx IT IS NO LONGER IN OUR HANDS. PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ABOUT DELAYS OR DELIVERY ISSUES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

    -If you want to make a return or an exchange you must notify us within 4 days of delivery. *What your tracking says as the delivery date. Not when you opened it or picked it up.*

    -It must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in original condition.

    -Buyer is fully responsible for any shipping charges that come with return or exchange fees.

    -Please not some items may not be returned.
